Zip Borneo

Description

Zip Borneo is an adventure activity centre located in the Kiulu River Valley just outside Tamparuli, which is about 40km from Kota Kinabalu.

There are various activities to take part in at Zip Borneo, but surely Borneo’s longest zip line, or flying fox as some might know it, is the star attraction.

Zip Borneo’s tallest tower is 18m high and takes participants zooming across the Kiulu River. By the time you’ve zipped your way back to the adventure from the other side, you would have covered 320m of Borneo zip line.

Safety is paramount, so there are professional, trained instructors at all the adventure stations who will make sure you are secure.

Zip line aside, other activities on offer at Borneo Zip include the two 10m high climbing walls, with various climbing routes to cater to different abilities.

What goes up must come down, so Borneo Zip also offers abseiling from an 18m high wall. Rest assured, the Borneo Zip instructors will teach you the skills you need for safe, fun abseiling before you start.

For adventurous people and daring groups, Zip Borneo also hosts a sky-high rope obstacle course with 6 different challenges. Suspended 16m above the lush greenery of the Kiulu River Valley, challenges like Burma Bridge, Postman’s Walk, Swinging Steps and Cargo Scramble will test your mettle. It’s especially popular for team building activities.

For those who prefer to stay on terra firma, Borneo Zip also offers jungle trekking and white water rafting.

To avoid disappointment, it’s highly recommended to book before you go.
