Bamboo! A versatile, quick-growing, strong and nutritious plant that is certainly justifies some celebration. And what better way to do it in Sabah than through music at the Bamboo Music Festival?

The Bamboo Music Festival takes place in Tamparuli, Sabah, which is only about an hour or so from Kota Kinabalu.

Promising a day filled with cultural activities, the Bamboo Music Festival will feature traditional music performances by the Bamboo Music Orchestra, traditional sports that involves, of course, bamboo and bamboo product exhibits & sales.
