Description
Mount (Mt) Kinabalu Golf Club lies 1,500m above sea level against the slopes of the majestic Mt. Kinabalu.
Claiming the title of highest golf course in Sabah, the Robert Muir Graves designed course has spectacular views of the mountain, rolling hills and the farmlands of Kundasang.
Mount Kinabalu Golf Club’s course is a physical and mental challenge. The ever-present possibility of winds and mist are just some of the natural hazards that makes a round of golf here interesting.
A notable hole is the par 3 at 14. A gushing river at the bottom of a deep ravine will test your skills. To complete this 142m hole, an accurate shot from an elevated tee is required to land on the green, perched on the edge of a cliff.
Facilities at the Mount Kinabalu Golf Club include a clubhouse, golfers’ lounge, practice putting and chipping green, golf shop, buggy rental, golf equipment rental, and a caddy service.
