Beringgis Beach Resort

Beringgis Beach Resort is little hidden gem of a resort inconspicuously situated along the road to Papar, about 20 – 30 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu’s city centre.

Any preconceived ideas you might have had about this resort evaporates once you walk through the lobby and into the well-kept garden that lies out of sight from the main road behind the resort.

A winding path takes you past the swimming pool, along the garden, past several accommodation blocks, the bar and restaurant area and eventually spills out on to the beach.

The rooms are generous in size and well maintained, with satellite TV, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and room amenities well beyond what you’d expect from the star rating.
