Shamrock Irish Bar is located at the Waterfront Kota Kinabalu, right in the middle of the city’s nightlife strip.

Whether you drop in for lunch during the day or dinner during the evening, an ample supply of drought lager and stout are on tap, or choose from a fine Irish Whiskey or a bottle beer if you’re so inclined.

A must-try from the menu is the Shamrock beef burger. Whilst not the cheapest burger in town, it certainly ranks as one of the best burgers in town, quite unexpected for the Irish-themed pub.

Also known for showing Aussie rules and international Rugby Union games, Shamrock in the Waterfront is a popular hangout for locals and expats alike who enjoy oval-shaped ball sports.

With two big screens each capable of showing it’s own sporting event, multiple games can be going at the same time, and it’s not unusual to have soccer fans cheering in one direction alongside rugby fans cheering in the other.
