Nok Thai

Damai Point, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia

Description

Nok Thai restaurant is  in Damai, about 15 minutes drive from the Kota Kinabalu city centre, meaning it’s not on the path of most tourist, but the effort to get there will be rewarded.

Nok Thai’s flavours are authentically Thai, cooked up and served by Thai expats, and is competatively priced, especially compared to the Thai restaurants in the Kota Kinabalu city centre.

If you happen to be there during lunch-time, the set lunch menu is good to try for variety, although have substantially shrunk in portion-size over the years, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Nok Thai offers several set lunch choices and although the portions are small, the price is too and gives you a delicious insight into their capabilities.

If you want to jump in the deep end, have a look at their extensive ala carte menu, packed with the Thai food that you know and love.

Nok Thai serves Thai food every day, and although authentically Thai, does not serve pork.
