Specialities include the beef brisket (without the curry), the absolute-must-have-and-must-have-more Mozzarella Mushroom Cheese Baked Rice and the very special, delicious assorted lo sui meats.
Lo sui, meaning ‘old water’, is a pot of master sauce that contributes to the making of many delicious dishes. Once made, this sauce never gets replaced, but it constantly replenished with the juices of meat cooked in it, and is the pride and joy of establishments who serve these dishes.
The One Hong Kong Cafe serves a wide range of soft drinks, the champagne ice tea a standout amongst them. Alcoholic beverages are also available.
