Recently completed with empty shoplots and office filling fast, Karamunsing Capital’s management did something right.
Immediately adjacent Karamunsing Shopping Centre, Karamunsing Capital is a low-rise complex with parking around the shoplots and on the roof and two entrances and exits on opposite sides of the property (although one is at the bottom of the busy Karamunsing bridge).
Current tenants are mostly restaurants the likes of Old Town White Coffee and Peppermint. Various offices and other shoplots are also occupied and SabahBah.com will visit Karamunsing Capital again soon for an update.
