Karamunsing Capital

Off Jln Nenas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia

Description

Karamunsing Capital is not all that old and already enjoys pretty high, if not full, occupancy.

Immediately adjacent Karamunsing Shopping Centre, Karamunsing Capital is a low-rise complex with parking around the central cluster of shoplots and on the roof.

There are two entrances at opposite ends of the development – although one is right at the bottom of the busy Karamunsing flyover.

The one entrance is also an exit, with a second exit on the Karamunsing Shopping Centre side of things. They use the same slow parking management system as KK Times Square, which causes long lines during lunch and peak exit times.

There appears to be no clear anchor tenants, but the bulk of tenants include restaurants the likes of Old Town White Coffee, Peppermint, Fook Yuen and Chub’s Grill.

A collection of random other shops and offices make up the rest of the tenants.
