Although Al Fresco at Sutera Harbour Resort is open from 11am till late daily, the best time to enjoy Al Fresco’s ambiance is undoubtedly during sunset. Perched on the edge of the South China Sea, most of the seats at Al Fresco have unrestricted views of the islands in the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, the location of Sabah’s legendary sunsets.
Both the lunch menu and the dinner menu feature a variety of pasta and seafood dishes, as well as an extensive menu of pizzas with an option to create your own, customised pizza. With Al Fresco’s wood-fired pizza over, you are ensured of an authentic, wood-fired oven taste, which ads that little something extra to the taste of your pizza, unmistakable to those who have experienced it before.
Happy Hour Sundowners
Al Fresco at Sutera Harbour Resort has a Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm daily. A range of cocktails, including Singapore Sling and Margarita features on the two-for-one Happy Hour menu. A range of pre-dinner snacks are also available, making sure that you don’t have to suffer through Happy Hour on an empty stomach.
