MBO Cinema Imago Mall (Mcat Box Office, in case you were wondering) was part of Imago – The Mall at KK Times Square, Kota Kinabalu since it’s launch, and has closed down for good.
Alas, as the COVID pandemic swept the globe and people everywhere were increasingly confined to their homes, cinemas too suffered as business dwindled. Some, like MBO, couldn’t bare the strain and had to close up shop.
