The journey to get to the start of the white water rafting is an adventure in itself, requiring road transfers, train transfers and a little bit of good old fashioned walking.
But once you hit the rapids, all is forgotten as you fight the Padas River’s white water with a mission to hold on tight.
Featuring class 4-5 rapids, the Padas River White Water Rafting experience is not for the faint of heart. It’s a day well spent.

Be aware this is a 12 hour day for about 1 hour of rafting (the river is a real adventure though). A lot of the travelling is also on an extremely basic old railway winding through the hills and jungle beside the river so if you view this as a whole adventurous trip and not just looking for rafting then it is a great day out. Relax and go with it 🙂
