Sabah Ultimate Frisbee has been part of Borneo’s activity landscape ever since Ultimate guru, Ken Kassem, hosted the first demo in Kota Kinabalu in September 2007, and lead the growth of the game in KK over the following years.

Today Sabah Ultimate Frisbee might well still exist in Kota Kinabalu.

The Borneo Headhunters Hat was Sabah’s 1st international Ultimate Frisbee tournament, and took place in the 1st quarter of the year. Since its inception in 2010 it has grew to be a notable event on South East Asia’s Ultimate calendar before taking a break of undefined length in 2017.
