CPS Bowl is 28-lane Murrey International, synthetic tenpin bowling alley in Centre Point Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.

Located on the 8th floor of the CPS Tower it’s perched among the theatres of Growball Cinema, with a few game arcades also on the same floor.

CPS Bowl is Kota Kinabalu’s oldest tenpin bowling alley, but in spite of its age it’s well-maintained, modern and busy on any given night of the week. It features AMF82-70 pin setters, AMFLITE II pins and the AMF Accuscore Plus scoring system.

There are regular league nights for established players in Kota Kinabalu and CPS Bowl many hosted competitions, but is open daily for casual walk-ins as well.

Shoes are for rent at RM2.50 per pair (add that to the cost of games below) and if you don’t bring your own socks you can buy a pair.

CPS Bowl is open every day from 09:00 until 00:30. From Monday to Friday a single game of tenpin bowling costs RM5.60 per person before 17:00 or RM6.10 after 17:00.

On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays it’s RM6.60 per game all day.

You can also rent a lane at RM39 per hour and there are combo-discounts available, so check at the cashier for your cheapest option when tenpin bowling at CPS Bowl.
