Mad Ben Café serves great western food on Gaya Street.

Prices are reasonable, RM6 for a decent Americano, and the service is impressive.

Fast service, yes, but notably at a lunch for 2, both people’s orders were brought out at the same time. It’s a small detail, but unheard of in 99% of restaurants in Kota Kinabalu.

Mad Ben Café is well worth a try.
