Description
Tanjung Aru Plaza is just outside the township of Tanjung Aru, which in turn is on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu, near Kota Kinabalu International Airport, Terminal 2. It’s about a 20 minutes walk from Tanjung Aru’s First Beach.
Tanjung Aru Plaza might look it’s been abandoned by it’s management, derelict and quiet, but the occupancy of this mall is surprisingly high.
Offices make up the majority of tenants, a large portion of which is notably the Sabah Royal Customs Department.
Other tenants include a few restaurants, an explosion of furniture in the centre, travel agents, a reflexology centre or two, a medical clinic, a Telekom Malaysia office, 711 and a Korean supermarket.
